About Stefan A. Halper

Stefan A. Halper appears in Institute of World Politics archived faculty materials as a former Nixon/Ford/Reagan-era official and Cambridge American Studies / Magdalene life fellow. A July 2, 2019 DoD OIG memorandum to Sen. Chuck Grassley reviews four Office of Net Assessment contracts awarded to “Professor Stefan Halper” totaling $1.05 million (May 30, 2012–Sept. 26, 2016). What this site is not

It is not a court and not a finding that Halper committed a personal crime. An OIG report is not a jury verdict. “Source 2” in the PDF is not the printed surname.
