This site is independent political commentary and a compilation of reporting about a public figure. It is not a court. It is not a government site. It is not affiliated with Stefan Halper, the University of Cambridge, the FBI, the Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, or any political campaign. It is not a White House product.
Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, inspector-general summaries, news identifications, and opinion are labeled as such. A confidential-human-source file, an OIG review, or a news story is not a finding of guilt. The Horowitz report’s “Source 2” is not a printed name. A dismissed lawsuit is not a finding that Halper smeared Michael Flynn.
